Everyday we wake up and we go straight on our phones. We use our phones every day and look at them all the time which is causing neck pain. Here are some ways to stop yourself from straining your neck when looking at your phone:

  • Try to keep your neck and back straight.
  • Raise your phone to your eye level.
  • If you have a job that requires working on a computer all day or using your phone a lot, try investing in a neck rest and move your position throughout the day to keep your neck from being strained in one position.
