Food provides nutrients to our body and certain foods can help to relieve back pain. Here’s a list of food and how each one helps to alleviate back pain:

  • Salmon- contains calcitonin which reduces inflammation
  • Ginger- doesn’t affect inflammation right away, but will help the process of reducing inflammation
  • Nuts- contain healthy fats and prevent inflammation
