Fall is such a great time to get outside, hang out with your friends and family, and have fun. Sometimes back pain can restrict you from doing some Fall activities, but here’s some things you can still do to have fun without hurting your back:
- Pumpkin carving: Pumpkin carving is one of the best Fall activities you can do. It allows you to have fun with your family and friends without hurting your back. Make sure that when you’re carving your pumpkin you have good posture and are taking breaks if needed.
- Walk outside: Take in the fall scenery and go for a walk with your family and friends. Walking is a great way to exercise your back and helps you to maintain good physical health.
- Fall festivals: Fall festivals can be lots of fun and won’t put a strain on your back. Make sure that if you go to a festival you take breaks from walking and stay hydrated.
