Exercising is very important for maintaining a healthy spine. Here are some tips for incorporating exercise into your daily routine:

  • Choose activities you’ll like: Exercising is easier when you’re doing something that you like. If it’s something you’ll like, you’ll want to do it more often. Consistency is important for exercising.
  • Make time to workout: Scheduling blocks of time for working out will help you to workout more. Treating this time like an appointment will help you to actually exercise.
  • Think about fitness classes: Going to a fitness class will not only help you to work out, but will add a social aspect to it.
