Going to the beach can be lots of fun, but it’s important to take these measures into hand when going to prevent back pain:
- Looking down to read or looking at your phone: Most people read or look at their phones while laying down at the beach which can cause some pain because you’re craning your neck to look down. Try to keep it at eye level.
- Try to move around: People go to the beach to tan and sit down to relax, but it’s important to walk around every 30 minutes or so to keep your blood moving and your muscles from tensing up.
- Drink lots of water: It’s important for you to drink water, but extremely important when you’re at the beach because it is easy to get dehydrated from the sun and humidity.
