Spring is a great season for exercising your body after winter and starting some new projects; however, some activities in spring can cause some back pain.
- Gardening: Gardening entails a lot of bending over, pulling, and digging which can put some strain on your back. It’s recommended that you do some stretching before gardening to reduce the risk for pain and to take breaks every once in a while.
- Cleaning: Spring cleaning is great to get your house clean and organized, but can cause some pain from lifting up heavy boxes and moving around a lot.
- Exercise: Exercising is great for your body after not exercising much in the winter, but can cause some pain because your body will not be used to so much movement.
