Stand when you can

If you have an office job, you probably sit all day. When you sit for a while, your back gets stiff and causes pain. If you have bad posture, it can make the pain even worse. Try to stand when you can. On your lunch break, take a little walk and stretch out your back to relieve the tension. Also try investing in a standing desk that can move so you can sit and stand throughout your work day.
