I know it may hurt, but you should try to be as active as you can with back pain. Exercising regularly is very important because if you are inactive, your muscles tense up and can cause more pain. Staying active can’t get rid of back pain alone, but helps to reduce it. Staying active also helps to prevent back injuries from occurring often. Some exercises/programs you can try are yoga and Pilates.
