Keep your screen at eye level

We look at screens all the time. If you have back and/or neck pain, it may be caused by how long you spend looking at a screen. When we look at our phones, we tend to look down at them which creates a curve in the body. Your head weighs around 11 pounds which is a little heavy and causes your spine to be dragged with that weight when you look down. Keeping your screen at eye level helps to stop your body from curving and causing pain.
