No one wants back pain, especially on their wedding day. Here are some tips for avoiding back pain on your wedding day:

  • Stay hydrated: It can be easy to forget to drink water on your wedding day with everything going on, but it is extremely important. Dehydration leads to inflammation and muscle spasms which cause pain.
  • Get a good night’s sleep before the wedding: With all the stress of planning a wedding, it’s important that you get a good night’s sleep because it helps to reduce the stress which in turn helps to prevent inflammation.
  • Take a break and sit down: Standing on your feet for long periods of time can cause back pain, especially if you’re wearing heels. Try to sit down after standing for a little bit to let your feet and back rest.
