There are many bad habits that we do on a daily basis that are hurting your spine. Here’s a list of a few of them:

  • Sitting bent over: Sitting bent over puts more pressure on your lower back which can lead to pain.
  • Eating too much sugar: Eating foods with too much sugar can lead to inflammation in your spine. 
  • Sitting for too long: Sitting for too long puts stress on your back muscles, neck, and spine.
