Dairy products rich in calcium that support bone strength and overall spine health

Calcium is important for your spine because it helps to strengthen your bones and helps to relieve back pain. Most adults should be receiving 1,000-2,000 mg of Calcium a day. You shouldn’t consume more than 2,000 mg of Calcium a day because too much Calcium can lead to heart problems and bone issues. Some foods to eat that are enriched in Calcium are salmon, soybeans, cheese, and milk.
