Fall is here which means that the warm, Summer days are gone and the cooler, Fall days are here. Cooler weather also means back pain. Cooler weather causes your muscles and ligaments to tense up. The muscles that tense up tend to be near your back which can cause pain. Your muscles also become more prone to being strained which increases your risk of injury. People tend to be more stressful in cooler weather due to fatigue which can also cause back pain.
