The easiest way to protect your spine health is to have good posture. Having good posture can relieve stress on your back. Having bad posture can lead to many problems such as increasing your risk of having a herniated disc and can weaken your muscles. Fortunately, poor posture is easily reversible. Here are some tips to fix your posture:

  • Keep your shoulders at the same level
  • Keep your arms evenly at your side
  • Don’t flex or arch your spine

If you continue to experience pain from poor posture, call us today and schedule an appointment.
