Black Friday is just around the corner which means it’s time to buy and wrap Christmas gifts. Wrapping gifts can cause back pain depending on how you’re sitting and if you’re doing it for a while. Here are some tips to avoid back pain when wrapping gifts:

  • Try not to sit on the floor: Sitting on the floor makes it easier for you to have bad posture which causes back pain. Try to sit at a table with a supporting chair or stand at a counter.
  • Wrap as you buy: The wrapping process will go buy quicker if you buy something and then wrap it instead of wrapping everything at once. That way you aren’t sitting a painful position for a long time
  • Alternative- Use gift bags: Using gift bags will reduce back pain and saves you more time.
