Back and neck pain is a common complaint that many people suffer from and it can be debilitating. The good news is, there are ways to prevent back and neck pain if you know what to do. One important thing you need to do for your back health is stretching. Stretching will help keep your muscles loose so they don’t get too tight or bunched up, which can cause tension in the muscle fibers and lead to injuries such as herniated discs or pinched nerves. Even something as simple as stretching for 10 minutes in the morning or right before bed can help prevent neck and back pain throughout the day. So find your favorite stretching exercises and make it a part of your daily routine!
