Exercising is one way to prevent back and neck pain. Research has shown that people who exercise regularly are less likely to experience these types of injuries than those who do not. It’s recommended that you engage in at least 30 minutes of light to moderate physical activity every day, but if this sounds like too much for you, it can be as simple as taking a walk around the neighborhood!

If you have a back or neck injury that is interfering with your ability to perform even simple exercises such as walking, call the offices of Montesano Spine & Sport.
