Practicing good ergonomics is important for preventing back pain and providing comfort. Here are some tips for practicing good ergonomics:

  • Use an adjustable chair: If you sit a lot at your job, you’ll want to think about getting an adjustable chair. You should get a chair that provides you with lumbar support and allows you to keep your feet flat on the floor.
  • Position your computer properly: Adjust your computer so that the top of the screen is at your eye level. The screen should be about an arms length away from you.
  • Take breaks: Try not to sit at your desk for long periods of time. Try to get up, stretch your legs, and walk around for a little bit.
