Long-Term Effects of Neck and Spine Injuries

The most immediate effect of neck and spine injuries is the degradation of physical health. Unfortunately, there are many negative effects that come with neck and spine injuries:

  • Mobility Issues: Neck and spine injuries can lead to a restricted range of motion which can cause stiffness and increase difficulty in performing certain tasks.
