Have you been experiencing back pain for the last 6 weeks? If so, you may have chronic back pain. Chronic back pain is very common and isn’t usually caused by an activity nor does it heal by itself. There are a few things that may have happened or are happening that caused the chronic pain:

-Traumatic Event: Car accidents, slipping on ice, and tripping can all be causes of chronic back pain. These accidents can make your spine weak and cause pain.

-Sitting too long: When you sit for too long you put stress on your back.

-Poor Posture: Having poor posture puts your spine into a slouching position and it isn’t supported. Your back needs to be straight and supported to prevent pain.

If you are experiencing any chronic back or neck pain, call William Capicotto today at (716) 881-0382.
