Healthcare provider performing spinal manipulation therapy to help relieve back pain and improve mobility

Spinal manipulation is a great way to relieve back pain and strengthen your spine. Spinal manipulation is the process of using your hands or a device to apply a controlled thrust to a joint of your spine. Spinal manipulation can also be known as resetting your spine. Spinal manipulation is mostly done by chiropractors, but can occasionally be done by other licensed specialists such as massage therapists.
