When we are stressed, our muscles tend to become tense and less flexible which increases the risk of an injury or pain. In an online survey, 29% of the participants claimed that stress was the perceived cause of their back pain. Stress management can help to get rid of the stress which in turn can help get rid of the pain. Some of the things you can do that would be beneficial for your back pain and relieving stress is to exercise and stretch, eat a healthy diet, and relax. Some exercises you can try are yoga, meditation, and walking.
