Sleep is extremely important for your spine and overall health. A healthy amount of sleep is anywhere between 7-9 hours. There’s also a recommended position that you should sleep in that supports your spine. One thing you shouldn’t do is lay on your stomach. Laying on your stomach doesn’t provide any support for your spine. If you sleep on your side, you should use a pillow that supports your neck and put a pillow in between your legs to support your spine.
